This blog can help you achieve goals and make changes. It's power comes adding positives, removing negatives and learning self hypnosis skills daily. Could you use this type of help? Each time you use this blog you add positives (peace, strength, determination, ideas, inspiration) and remove negatives (doubts, bad memories, desires for cookies, anger) from your mind.
TAPES: Powerful when used on a daily basis. There are two types: For 'relax' you need to sit or lie down in a quiet area or use headphones. Foe 'outloud' listen while driving, cooking, making the bed, most anytime anywhere. Time 6 - 8 minutes each. Listen to each once a day. Relax tapes put in a light relaxed state. Outloud are normal consciousness. There are 6 tapes so far more coming.

Everyday we have stress. Some stress is good. It keeps us going. It helps us create. But most stress is a dull pain or at bad times a sharp one. People just put up with it because usually it's not too bad. The goal of this series of exercises will be to lower your stress levels.
Let's start by taking a close look at areas of your life where there is stress. Go over each section to rate how strong the stress is, look at examples, and sum up what's going on.

THE PRESENT - Recreate the normal situation. For example I'm at work ........ Next bring up the stress. See feel how strong it is and recreate stressful scenes in your mind. Perhaps there is a color or shape. Where is it coming from. Give it a number for how heavy it is.
START NOW - See yourself starting down the path of letting go of your stress.
Next strong self hypnosis My shoulders, arms and hands are strong.

My back is strong.
A person can be going right on track to achieving their goal. And BAM. They are derailed by Stress. The intersection of losing weight and the Christmas season is a prime example. Stress wears you down until you give into your desires and doubts.

Peace self hypnosis switches our focus from the stress and thoughts going on in our mind to our torso which is a solid part of our body. Asking the question "What's going on?" gives shape and form and reason to the stress. Asking "What can I do?" starts you looking for solutions and starts taking control of it. Its important to ask these questions.
Most people are so used to their stress that it doesn't occur to them to do something about it. You have a choice. You can keep it or deal with it to lower it.
On a sheet of paper do the following:

Now take a few moments to read the costs and benefits which you have just filled out. Then reflect.
Joe has had a hard day at work. He's tense and stressed. As he leaves work he feels better but he is still tense and stressed. Next stop is the Gym. He works out with weights and then does a 20 minute fast run on the treadmill. As he leaves he feels loose and notices the stress is gone.Exercise works for immediate release and long term relief.

Get a sheet or two of paper. Next we will come up with a question to ask.

Pick a question to work on.
Second we will write down the question and keep on writing it down until an insight comes up. Then write the insight down and quickly reflect. Then start writing the question again.

Complete this exercise and ask "What can I do" about each insight.
Anti-Suggestions are true statements meant to inform and hit your inner mind so hard that it releases negatives or refrains from giving into a desire. You are directly telling your inner mind the consequences of not dealing with the stress. We have used them before. Doing something or not doing something leads to consequences. Say them to yourself often. Especially before a stressful period.
Anti-Suggestions for Stress
Keeping stress hurts.
Keeping stress can lead to a binge.
Keeping stress means I will have trouble sleeping.
Keeping stress makes me angry.
For me it started around 1957 the year of Sputnik the first satellite in space. Advances in Science and Medicine and Knowledge all across the board gave us hope. A new era was about to unfold. These advances would bring happiness. I was a boy of 11 when all this was going on. I heard that people only use a small portion of their mind.
Why is this? At 11 years old I set out to discover the mind. Today in 2009 very little is still known. The doctors keep talking about areas of the brain controlling this or that. They talk about genes and how powerful they are. They do not talk about the mind. They are not mapping out the areas of the mind. They are not even interested in ideas about this.
What follows here is my ideas on how the mind works and how you can improve it. I started in 1957 and it is now 2009. Please email me or put in comment section with your thoughts on them.

A baby has a conscious mind in its awareness and an unconscious not in awareness. The unconscious contains deep programming and is unknown at present. As this child grows up her conscious mind fills up with school, family, friends, experiences and habits. It becomes to big for awareness and splits into the conscious and inner mind. The conscious containing critical thinking usually dominates. The inner mind sometimes called the subconscious comes into your awareness often when angry, daydreaming, sports etc.
From the diagram above you can see which parts go into the inner mind. Take a moment to look closely and reflect on the role each one plays in your life. With all these parts how well does your mind operate now? Could there be a better way? This blog is about helping you develop a strong powerful mind which you can use to get the life you want.
HOW IT THINKS: The inner mind lacks critical thinking. This means it can not tell what is true or false. The inner mind can not tell what is true or false. It is made up of positive memories, emotions, habits etc built up over a lifetime. In a specific area if the ++++'s are stronger, they will send you strength, peace, confidence, answers, ideas, determination. If the -----'s are stronger they will bring doubts, tiredness, desires, confusion, I want..., anger, bad memories.
Lets look at weight loss. If the positives are stronger you will be inspired to eat less and will want to exercise more. If you have a desire to eat sweets you will shrug it off easily. You will lose weight. If the negatives are stronger you may get repeated messages to eat a candy bar, to overeat at dinner and to skip your workout. You can still lose weight but it will be a constant struggle. What are these negatives and where did they come from? Past failures, stress, anger, work, health issues and childhood experiences are common ones.

Hypnosis is about your conscious mind taking charge of your inner mind. Not control but taking charge. The inner mind lacks critical thinking. It can't tell true from false. It thinks differently. It doesn't have to make sense or act rationally. It contains ++++'s made up of good memories, good habits, feelings etc. And -----'s made of of painful memories, bad habits, feelings etc.
Primary Principle of the Inner Mind: If the ++++'s are stronger your inner mind will send you strength, peace, determination, insight whatever you need to make that change or achieve a goal. If the ----'s are stronger the inner mind will send you doubts, excuses, "I want', "I can't", whatever it can to stop you from making the change or reaching your goal.
Strategy: First learn more about the inner mind. Remove ----'s and add ++++'s. Use self hypnosis and programs daily. Self hypnosis brings your inner mind into your awareness a little but enough for you to use programs which will be described in detail thorough out this blog.

Its Wise: It knows you from day one. It can answer questions about why you did something. It can help you write your novel or discover a new law of physics.
Its Dumb: Critical thinking is in the conscious mind. The inner mind can accept ideas, beliefs and suggestions that are false. Think of advertising and superstitions.
Its Fast: The inner mind (aka subconscious) processes fast while the conscious mind is extremely slow. For example, it would take hours for you to consciously move every muscle to just walk to your car. Its Emotional: Hearing a song from your high school days can trigger wonderful feelings. Or your boss can trigger anger so strong you want to scream.
Its a Source: You can receive feelings of peace, love, strength and determination. OR you can receive doubts, excuses and cravings. which do you want?
Its Habit: Your habits are here, the good ones and the bad. Here's where you make the changes.
How It Thinks: First it thinks in the present so you need to talk to it in the present. Second it weighs the positives and negatives and the stronger wins out. I can't lose weight or I can lose weight. The inner mind will then do everything possible to make the stronger belief come true.
It Needs Direction: Both minds need to agree on the long range direction and goals. The conscious mind needs to be in the drivers seat making the necessary adjustments to the inner mind as you go through your busy day.
It Influences The Body: The inner mind influences and directs the body. How and to what degree remains to be discovered. The Body influences the Mind. Manic-depression and Alzheimer's are examples. It Exists: And since it does we need to study it. To learn what is inside, how it works, how to change it and most of all how to use it for a better life.
What kind of Operating System do you use now? Most people would not be able to answer this question because they have never spent time thinking about operating systems for their mind. Everybody has one. Over their lifetime they have developed bit by bit their own operating system. A lot of people have developed good ones. A lot haven't. An operating system and specialized programs are vital to your computer. They are even more important to the internal workings of your mind resulting in more happiness or more pain and suffering. Which do you want?
What do I mean by operating system? I mean how you overcome temptations to eat junk, skip a study period or to bite your fingernails. An operating system to reduce anger and stress, to increase motivation and determination, to get insight and answers, to let go of painful memories. To have a happier and more productive life. An operating system defines the relationship between the conscious mind and the inner mind.

Develop Your Own Programs It's about control. It's about respect. It's about peace, strength, hope and joy. Most people use willpower to control their inner mind by brute force. When the "I want donuts" come up they force their inner mind to shut up. They beat it down. Our plan is to lose weight. Let's set our goal. 1. Make it measurable. Pounds or dress or pant size or waist size.
2. personal, present tense, positive. I weigh under 125 pounds. I weigh under 200 pounds. I have a 32 inch waist. I wear a size 8 dress.
3. Is it possible? This is important. Setting your goal too low can just set you up for defeat. If you have a lot of weight to lose you might want to set a 3/4 goal. My real goal is to have a 32 inch waist once again. But my goal now is to weigh under 200 pounds, my 3/4 goal.
4. For many people their goal is so far away. So start off with: I eat less Next: I lose weight. Once you start losing use precise goal.
EXERCISE Set your goal. Now say it to yourself many times each day. Daydream about reaching it.

Losing weight becomes fun. We then need to get the positives stronger
Everything in this program is designed add positives and remove negatives from the inner mind to make the positives the stronger so you lose weight. I have spent the last 26 years researching these ideas. Feel free to add yours.
Your inner mind needs to be told what you want. You need to tell it you want to lose weight and what your goal is. Hypnosis is based on repetition and level of trance. You need to repeat this to your inner mind over and over again. You can think to yourself, listen to a tape, come to a class or session whatever. Level of trance means the deeper in hypnosis you are the stronger the suggestions will be. Classes, workshop and sessions take you deep. Self hypnosis only takes you light however you can do it as many times a day as you want.
SUGGESTIONS: Personal, positive, present tense, clear & simple, can & love. I weigh 135 pounds. I lose weight. I love losing weight. I enjoy eating this food. The food on my plate totally fills me up. I eat slower. I eat less and enjoy it more. I can lose weight. Make up some for yourself.
STATEMENTS: Truths you want your inner mind to know. *The purpose of eating is to nourish my body.* Losing weight lowers my blood pressure. Exercise helps me lose weight faster. Make up your own or use these.
ANTI-SUGGESTIONS: These are true statements meant to inform and hit your inner mind with the truth so hard it releases negatives. Eating a second helping puts on weight. Eating junk food puts on weight. Skipping my workout means it will take longer to lose weight.
RAP Just like rappers lets put a RAP together made up of our goal, suggestions, anti-suggestions and statements. 4 to 6 lines are right. Here's my RAP. I lose weight. I love losing weight. I am under 200 pounds. Overeating and eating junk puts on weight. The purpose of eating is to nourish my body. I eat less and exercise more. (stop saying this one when you start eating the right amount and exercise the right amount)
EXERCISE Make up a RAP for yourself. This combination is formulated to help you lose weight faster and easier. Use it during your busy day. Say it to yourself. Say it outloud. Say it before you eat. Anytime, Anywhere. It will go into your inner mind and add positives, remove negatives and give it directions. It is especially good when you have a desire to snack.

Let's Review Weight Loss = Eat Less + Exercise More
Last issue we talked about building a RAP and using it. Today we will talk about directions and questions. What we are doing is removing negatives and adding positives so that we will eat less and exercise more.
Directions: Your inner mind needs direction. Eat slower. That's enough. No dessert. Talk to your fellow diners. Put down that donut. NO!
Questions: Looking for insight. What's going on? after eating a donut How can I eat less and enjoy it more? How do I feel about being overweight? When did it start? What can I do? Take time to listen.
EXERCISE Make a list of directions and statements for your goal.
Weight Loss - relax tape - You can download or listen on computer. For this tape you need to sit or lay down in a quiet area or use headphones. 7 minutes.
We want our inner mind to be aware of the size and shape of our body. How big our stomach is. How big our rear is. We want the inner mind to know the consequences of eating junk food and overeating so it will stop eating junk and overeating. So we will lose weight faster. You might think that it already knows this. the inner mind does not think that way. It doesn't always connect the dots. You have to.
EXERCISE - RUB FEEL TUMMY peace self hypnosis My shoulders, arms and hands are at peace. My chest and stomach are at peace. My back is at peace. Rub feel your tummy, sides and perhaps rear if standing.
MIRRORS Really look at yourself in a mirror. Front, sideways, back.
DO the above for 2 - 3 days until you become aware of how big you are and that you got this way from eating junk food and overeating. Come back to this exercise often.
The purpose of hypnosis is to bring your inner mind into awareness. This could mean a little bit or a lot. With a hypnotist your awareness might be 10% conscious and 90% inner mind. in self hypnosis it might be 25% inner mind and 75% conscious. It can vary! What we do here does not require you to be an expert. Just use the following suggestions and progress will be yours.
PEACE SELF HYPNOSIS My shoulders, arms and hands are at peace. My chest and stomach are at peace. My back is at peace. Peace self hypnosis takes you away from your mind and into your body. If you are having desires to eat, stress or doubts you can step back from whatever is going on in your mind and bring your awareness to your shoulders, arms and hands. It relaxes and calms you.
STRONG SELF HYPNOSIS My shoulders, arms and hands are strong. My chest and stomach are strong. My back is strong. Strong self hypnosis activates you. Gets you up and going.
I like to think of self hypnosis as advanced willpower. The conscious mind uses self hypnosis to bring your inner mind into your awareness a little. A connection is made. It then gives it instructions called programs.
PROGRAMS My shoulders, arms and hands are at peace. My chest and stomach are at peace. My back is at peace. Put in Program Examples: body awareness, eating habits, anti-suggestions, removing desires etc.
EXERCISE Use peace self hypnosis before you are tempted to eat ice cream. My shoulders, arms and hands are at peace. My chest and stomach are at peace. My back is at peace.
Next put my hands on my stomach. Feel its size. Eating ice cream packs on weight. Overeating and eating junk food makes my belly grow bigger. Eating less and exercising more makes my belly grow smaller. I weigh under 200 pounds. (my goal)
CURRENT ATTITUDE Take a few moments to reflect on your current attitude around food. Do you eat for comfort? Do you eat when stressed out? when tired? when angry? bored? Many people eat to buffer themselves from daily life. Somewhere sometime they learn that eating can blob out the pains of everyday living. It can start during childhood. Maybe a divorce, illness or just quitting smoking starts the pattern.
NEW ATTITUDE The purpose of eating is to nourish my body. The purpose of eating is to nourish my body.
EXERCISE Before you start eating take a look at how nourishing the food is. Is it too much or too little?

It's Not Rocket Science WEIGHT LOSS = EAT LESS + EXERCISE MORE
EAT LESS IDEAS Start by cutting the junk. Maybe a very small amount is OK. Each person is different. Next lower the amount of food until you start losing weight at a healthy rate. This may take a few weeks. Set the portions of food before you eat. Just eat this portion. If you find yourself hungry between meals eat a small healthy snack. The purpose of eating is to nourish your body. Lose weight at a safe healthy pace.
EXERCISE MORE Exercise helps you lose weight faster. It also makes you healthier and stronger. Overall it reduces stress and raises your energy level. The formula has 2 sides. If you do not exercise you can still lose weight but that means you will have eat even less.
STRATEGY For Most People: During the weight loss period it is more important to eat less and to start exercising. During the keep it off period it is very important to have a vigorous exercise program ongoing.

EXERCISE Sit down in a comfortable chair. Give yourself the peace suggestions: My shoulders, arms and hands are at peace. My chest and stomach are at peace. My back is at peace.
Go back in time to when you started grade school. Observe your weight. Now go through grade school - high school - 20's, 30's etc. When overweight look at reasons for being overweight. Look at ways you lost weight. Come up to present time. Look at your current body Rub and feel it. Ask: How did this happen? What's going on? Say: I can lose weight.
The inner mind contains many negatives which will work against your goal. They can sneak into your awareness as excuses. Just when you are going well they will say: I'm too old to workout. I'm too busy. I'm too tired to workout. I can't lose weight. I can't stop eating. I want some cookies. I'm too fat. I will never make it.
Your mind will fight them off or not. Either way it takes energy and resolve. Where do these excuses come from? They are actually coming from negatives in your mind which have built up over a lifetime. Childhood experiences, family issues, past defeats, anger, work, money, stress, and health problems are some of them. We need to first see them, recognize them as negatives and let go of them.
AUTOMATIC WRITING Let's find the excuses for your goal. Sit comfortably in a chair with a pen and paper nearby. Go into strong self hypnosis. Take your pen and paper. At the top write your goal. Then imagine all the excuses you can use to give up.
My shoulders, arms and hands are strong. My chest and stomach are strong. My back is strong.
Now start writing I can't lose weight because... (if nothing comes up continue) I can't lose weight because.... I can't lose weight because I am always tired. I can't lose weight because I have 4 kids to take care of. I can't lose weight .... I can't lose weight because I'm old. I can't lose weight because I am too stressed.
Afterwards for each excuse ask: What can I do?

BENEFITS Make a list of all the benefits of losing weight. During your day let these benefits come up. Which one excites me the most?
DAYDREAM Daydream about losing weight. Like you did as a kid.
VISUALIZATION DURING BREAK Develop a visualization of you at your goal. See what you are wearing. What you look like. How you move. How light you are. What you are doing.
Say peace suggestions My shoulders, arms and hands are at peace. My chest and stomach are at peace. My back is at peace.
Bring up your visualization. See feel all the benefits. I can do it. I can do it.

Some people are into journals and some are not. I ask people to have one. You can choose to write everything you eat in your journal. Or you can choose to write down every time you have a temptation. Or you can simply write the following down when you eat junk or overeat. Notice that if you don't eat junk or overeat you don't have to have a journal.
EATING JOURNAL a. When & where. 3 pm at work
b. Ask yourself: What was going on? I realized I couldn't finish on time.
c. What I did? Ate snickers bar.
d. Write it down on paper or record it mentally.
THUMBS UP OR THUMBS DOWN JOURNAL This is the one I like. At the end of the day write in your journal thumbs up (an up arrow for me) or thumbs down (down arrow)
This is the nitty gritty. This is where you lose weight or not. What do you do when you have a desire to overeat or eat junk. The whole purpose of what we have been doing in this program is to reduce these desires day by day until they go away. But what do you do right now when they come up. We will present 6 ways to overcome desires.

b. WHAT'S GOING ON? Ask yourself this question when tempted: Are you angry, stressed, mad?? Next Ask: What can I do?
c. THE SIGNPOST The path to your left is you being overweight. See feel your future if you continue to gain weight. The path to the right is losing weight see your future at your goal.
d. ANTI-SUGGESTIONS Eating those chips puts on weight. Eating ice cream puts on weight. Eating a second helping puts on weight.
It's time to develop good eating habits. A lot of people start eating with thoughts of work, school, kids whatever is going on in their mind. We want to leave these thoughts behind and enter into the wonderful experience of eating. We want to enjoy eating. We want to be aware of our eating. Keep in mind these are suggestions. Build your own.

I lose weight. I love losing weight. The purpose of eating is to nourish my body This plate will totally fill me up.
Look at the colors and shapes (look at food) Taste and smell as you chew.

EXERCISE Do this before you eat. Remember this is about building good habits.

I was raised a Catholic and we said grace before a meal. Everyone has a lot going on in their life. Saying grace was a way to go from the thoughts and activities of the day to eating. People said thanks for the meal. Today we would like to develop our own way of starting the meal.

Those are some ideas. Make up your own. Some are for weight loss. We want to eat healthy food. A lot of people just eat without being aware of eating. We want to enjoy eating without stuffing ourselves with junk food. Before you eat just use peace self hypnosis then say a few suggestions. They can change each time. Takes only a few moments.

WALKING TO GYM As you walk to the gym give yourself suggestions. I am strong I am full of energy I complete my whole program.
Put in your goals here. For example I bench 225 pounds today. Keep repeating these until you get into the gym.
WORKING OUT In between sets working out your shoulders: My shoulder muscles grow big and strong. Or whatever you want. In between sets working out your arms: My arm muscles grow big and strong. Or whatever you want. Repeat for all muscle groups that you workouted.
FINISHING Visualize the body you want.

TAPES: Powerful when used on a daily basis. There are two types: relax and outloud. For 'relax' you need to sit or lie down in a quiet area or use headphones. For 'outloud' listen while driving, cooking, making the bed, most anytime anyplace. Time: 6 - 8 minutes each. Listen to 2 or more tapes a day. Relax tapes put you in a light relaxed state. SETTING YOUR MIND BEFORE AN ACTIVITY Most people think that hypnosis is about going to a session and letting as hypnotist take you into a deep trance and do his thing to help you quit smoking or whatever. This is only part of it. A big part is you using Self Hypnosis throughout your day. People say: Have a good day. What we are talking about here is building a good day.
Before Activity A. Peace or strong self hypnosis B. My intent today C. Positive Suggestions D. Adjustments if need
What kind of activities? Just about any. Walking into the gym. Starting work. Eating. Studying. Before stressful situations. Walking from your car to your home.
What is my intent? That's for you to figure out. Gym workout ideas: I complete my whole workout or I bench press 225 pounds. As you walk into work: I sell 1,000 widgets today or I ship all the orders today. Intent is like a goal but its for right now today.
What kind of positive suggestions? Gym: I am strong. I am full of energy. I work out hard.
What adjustments are you talking about? For anger at work: I visualize a small faucet in my mind. Whenever I turn it on a soothing liquid washes my anger and frustrations away.
Take some time to develop your own programs for work, gym, eating, studying, coming home. Start using them. They are extremely useful.

Everyone has a past. If you are having doubts floating thorough your mind they could be from past failures. Your goal is to quit smoking you have tried all kinds of ways to quit but you just can't. Now you give it another try and are having doubts. You are trying to lose weight but the doubts come up. Or studying to get an 'A' in Math class.
What To Do? A. Look at your past failures. Take one at a time. What went wrong? What did I learn?
B. What do I need now? To quit smoking, lose weight, get an 'A' whatever your goal is. Make A List
C. Quickly work on parts of list that you can. Doubts will begin to fade.

You are just starting on a goal or change. Doubts Creep In. I can't do it! It's not going to happen. Something will come up to stop me. I haven't been able to do this after all these years of trying. Doubts bring you down. You can get inspired and motivated and then crash after the doubts set in. And they can come at the start grinding you to a halt. So the first step is to deal with these doubts.
BIG CHANGE Most goals or changes can be big. I weigh 125 pounds when you weigh 160 now. I get an A in Math when you have a C now. So we want to downsize our start position. Your goal is still 125 pounds but your focus might be I lose weight this week. Or I study hard for the next 2 hours. Keep the overall goal but focus on the little steps.
CAN Change I weigh 125 pounds into I can weigh 125 pounds. Once the doubts go away and you start believing go back to original wording. This part is very important.
DAYDREAM Anytime Anywhere just daydream about making the change or reaching your goal. During a break use self hypnosis My shoulders, arms and hands are at peace. My chest and stomach are at peace. My back is at peace.

You have a question and need answers and insight. Why did I eat that bag of chips? How can I promote myself? How can I finish Chapter 8? Your inner mind is a vast resource that can deliver insight and answers.
AUTOMATIC WRITING Go into strong self hypnosis. My shoulders, arms and hands are strong. My chest and stomach are at strong. My back is strong.
On a sheet of paper keep writing your question quickly. As you do this say the question out loud. Keep on doing it quickly. Insight will come up. When it does write it down next to the question. Take a microbrief moment to reflect and continue writing the question down.
Why did I eat the bag of chips? Why did I eat the bag of chips? Why did I eat the bag of chips? tired and stress out Why did I eat the bag of chips? money problems Why did I eat the bag of chips? Why did I eat the bag of chips...(deep reason)
Take a few moments to reflect on the answers. Insight can come at any time.

The seed technique can be used for insight and to put in positive suggestions. Go into peace self hypnosis. My shoulders, arms and hands are at peace. My chest and stomach are at peace. My back is at peace.
Now imagine your inner mind as a garden and you are the gardener. Put your question into a seed. Plant and water it. Watch it grow into a flower. On each petal a letter spelling out your answer or insight. Or perhaps the answer will just pop into your awareness now or the next morning. Use the seed technique during your busy day when standing in line, walking, whenever. Put your hopes and dreams about your goal into a seed and plant them.
Insight comes on its own schedule. It might come right away or when you wake up the next morning. It might not come at all. The idea is to keep asking in different ways and you might get the insight you want. Note: Insight can be wrong.

Ask questions. Best to use 1 to 3 questions. Maybe different variations of the one. Here's a sample. You can keep repeating them. Why am I angry? I ate that bag of Oreos. What was going on? How do I feel about my life so far? How will this affect the rest of my life? How can I finish Chapter 8? How can I discipline my son better? What excites me about ....?
Next just let go and be receptive. Just relax. Next give yourself strong self hypnosis. My shoulders, arms and hands are strong. My chest and stomach are strong. My back is strong.
RECEIVING INSIGHT The next step is to see, feel, hear or somehow receive the insight. They come on their own schedule. you might ask for an insight at noon and receive when you wake up the next morning. The idea is to ask a number of times and be receptive. Note: Insight can be wrong.

The Goalsheet is a powerful method when used on a daily basis. It is read out loud or said to yourself each morning. On a sheet of paper or better using a computer write out the following. Then write in your goal, the start date and your RAP.

First say your goal outloud. Second give yourself the strong self hypnosis suggestions to get you going. Then read your start date. Then say your RAP. Next name the costs of failure. Then the benefits of success. Last let your dream come into awareness. See and feel it as a vision. Do this once in the morning. Perhaps before you leave. This only takes a minute or two but is a great way to start the day.
