Stress - 1.2.3. Method

A person can be going right on track to achieving their goal. And BAM. They are derailed by Stress. The intersection of losing weight and the Christmas season is a prime example. Stress wears you down until you give into your desires and doubts.

1.2.3. Method
1. Peace self hypnosis.
My shoulders, arms and hands are at peace.
My chest and stomach are at peace.
My back is at peace.


2. Ask yourself: "What going on?
I'm so tired....I need money.....Nobody is buying anything from me

3. Ask yourself: "What can I do?
Take a short break....Borrow $5 from Tim......Do a visualization on selling

Peace self hypnosis switches our focus from the stress and thoughts going on in our mind to our torso which is a solid part of our body. Asking the question "What's going on?" gives shape and form and reason to the stress. Asking "What can I do?" starts you looking for solutions and starts taking control of it. Its important to ask these questions.
