Stress - Practical Stress Releasers

Joe has had a hard day at work. He's tense and stressed. As he leaves work he feels better but he is still tense and stressed. Next stop is the Gym. He works out with weights and then does a 20 minute fast run on the treadmill. As he leaves he feels loose and notices the stress is gone. Exercise works for immediate release and long term relief.
